In order to compliment the HMC we also offer VMC machining. These machines are great all around centers allowing us multiple fixture setups per cycle when needed. Our VMCs are also equipped with glass scales which monitor the table movement and automatically correct for any encoder or machine backlash issues. This allows us to produce very high tolerance parts, especially for die steels.
