Service Stamping and Threading
The Service Stamping and Threading division of Mid-Park, Inc. facilitates the manufacturing gate pins, hinges, and other agricultural accessories.
Service Stamping and Threading creates gate pins ranging from 1/2 inch to 1 inch in diameter, and 4 inches to 18 inches in length. These pins are finished plain, plated, or galvanized, and contain either a standard or lag thread.
Our facility is dedicated to supplying a versatile environment capable of fulfilling every consumer's manufacturing needs.
Gate hinges can be either built for economy or for heavy-duty use, and range from 1 1/8 inch to 2 1/2 inches. Our hinges come either square or round, male or female, and can be weld-on or bolt-on. Hinges are finished plain, plated, or galvanized.
Service Stamping and Threading also manufactures assorted chains and latches, corral clamps, and corral locking pins.
This division can also help consumers with our various stamping and threading capabilities. We house a wide array of stamping capacities, with a press ranging from 60 tons to 525 tons, and a saw capacity of up to 28 inches in diameter. We also house press brakes up to 500 tons and 16 feet.
We facilitate plasma cutting of up to 1 1/4 inches thick, and plasma cut pipes of up to 8 inches in diameter. We can supply Oxyfuel cutting of up to 12 inches thick, and shearing capacity of up to 1/2 inch by 12 feet.
Service Stamping and Threading houses wire straightening of up to 3/8 inches in diameter, plate rolling of up to 10 Gauge by 4 feet, thread rolling of up to 1 inch in diameter, and thread cutting from 1/4 inch to 3 inches. We offer resistance welding of up to 250 KVA, and welding of all types by certified welders.
